Unfortunately, we do not currently offer the option of in-store returns. However, if you made an online purchase, you can arrange the return from your customer account and we will schedule the collection of the order from your home. We understand that this may seem contradictory, however, our logistical limitations and the size of our products prevent us from accepting in-store returns, unless the product is specifically intended to be on display.
Our stores have reduced storage spaces to ensure we make the most of every square metre. This makes it impractical to convert them into warehouses in which we can manage any returns. We appreciate your understanding, and we are here to help you at any stage of the return process.
