If you change your mind or need to return a product, you may do so without providing a reason within 14 calendar days of delivery. For mattresses, this period is extended to 100 calendar days from delivery. This policy does not apply to personalized products, which cannot be returned, as they have been custom-made especially for you.
Please follow these steps:
Log in to your account. If you purchased as a guest, click here to create a claim.
Go to “My Orders.”
Select the affected order and click “Create a claim/return.”
Complete the form by selecting the option that best fits your issue. You can attach images, choose a pickup time (if applicable), and add comments.

Product Pickup
If the necessary requirements are met, the product will be collected using the same transport service selected at the time of purchase. Once received and inspected, Kave Home will refund the full amount of the returned products. The return costs will be offset against the shipping costs paid at the time of purchase; therefore, we will not refund the initial shipping costs.
For us to collect your product, it must be disassembled and packed together with all its accessories. Ideally, return it in its original packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If you no longer have it, don’t worry, you can use any other packaging that adequately protects the product. Please note that the carrier will not be able to collect the item if it is not properly packaged.
