Create a claim
If you have not received your order, if any products are missing, or if you have received a damaged or incomplete item, please report it as soon as possible by following these steps:
Log in to your account. If you purchased as a guest, click here to create a claim.
Go to “My Orders.”
Select the affected order and click “Create a claim/return.”

Complete the form by selecting the option that best fits your issue. You can attach images, choose a pickup time (if applicable), and add comments.

Claim Resolution
Once your request has been submitted, our after-sales team will evaluate your case and contact you as soon as possible with more information. If the issue applies, we will collect the product at no cost to you and manage the best possible resolution:

Product Pickup
For us to collect your product, it must be disassembled and packed together with all its accessories. Ideally, return it in its original packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If you no longer have it, don’t worry, you can use any other packaging that adequately protects the product. Please note that the carrier will not be able to collect the item if it is not properly packaged.
