Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (metropolitan, including Corsica), Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (including Sardinia and Sicily), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (including Madeira and the Azores), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands (excluding Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary Islands), Sweden, Switzerland.
