The confirmation email usually arrives within a few minutes of placing your order. If you cannot find it, we recommend first checking your junk or spam folder. If you have an account, you can also access your customer area and check the status of your order under "My orders."
If the order does not appear in your account, it is possible that the purchase was not completed correctly due to a connection or payment issue. In that case, we advise you to check if the charge has been processed by your bank.
