Additional costs: If any extra charges arise during delivery related to the use of elevators, address changes, temporary storage, or if no one is present at the agreed time, these costs will be borne by the customer.
Delivery accessibility: If delivery or assembly cannot be carried out on the agreed date due to access difficulties not previously communicated, absence, or for any other reason beyond our control, Kave Home may apply an additional delivery fee or may not refund the corresponding costs.
Space restrictions: Kave Home is not responsible for deliveries that cannot be completed due to space limitations in the home (doors, elevators, or stairs). For safety reasons, products cannot be unpacked to facilitate delivery. Before making a purchase, please carefully check the dimensions of both the product and its packaging. On each item page, you will find all the packaging details (number of parcels, measurements, and weight).
Order reception: By accepting the delivery, the customer agrees to be present at the location and on the date arranged with the carrier, and to check the condition and integrity of the order upon receipt.
