In cases where extra costs arise related to the use of elevators, changes of address, temporary storage, or the absence of the customer at the agreed delivery time (breaching the established commitment), as well as the risk of damage resulting from these inconveniences, these costs will be borne by the customer. If the delivery or assembly cannot be carried out on the agreed date due to access difficulties not previously informed by the customer, the absence of the customer at the time of delivery, or the impossibility of performing the assembly at that time, Kave Home reserves the right to charge the shipping costs again.
