Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. This means items cannot be substituted or added. However, you can still cancel products or quantities depending on the order status:

If your order is not yet shipped: You can cancel it directly through your customer account and then place a new order with the items you want.

If your order is already shipped: You’ll need to wait until it is delivered. Afterwards, you can initiate a return for any unwanted products via your customer account.
