Delivery to the main door without prior appointment.

• It is carried out through courier or small package companies.
• Eligible for packages weighing up to 40 kg and with the sum of height, width, and length of the package being less than 300 cm.
• If your order contains any product very sensitive to breakage during transportation, this option cannot be chosen.
• Delivery is done by a single person without a previously agreed appointment.
• Delivery of the order at street level at the entrance door (does not enter or go up inside your house, building, residence, or urbanization).
• Does not include assembly or disassembly.
• Delivery from Monday to Friday.
• Delivery times will be visible from the payment page and confirmed once the order is confirmed. They may vary depending on the postal code and shipping address.

• Your order will be delivered at street level. It won’t be carried up or delivered inside your house or building.
• The expected waiting time for delivery is between 10 and 15 days. You will receive a tracking link to follow up the shipment, but no appointment will be made.
