- Delivery is carried out through companies specialized in furniture transportation.
- Eligible for packages that do not exceed 40 kg.
- Appointment agreed with the transport agency at least 1 day before the delivery of the order.
- Delivery at street level at the entrance door (does not enter or go inside your house, building, residence or urbanization).
- Assembly or disassembly is not included.
- Delivery from Monday to Friday.
- Delivery will be approximately between 12 to 18 business days.

Delivery inside the room with prior appointment
- It is carried out through companies specialized in furniture transportation.
- We will use this service if one of your packages exceeds 40kg and if your order contains any product very sensitive to breakage during transport.
- For your safety, it will be delivered by two people inside your home.
- If no lift or elevator is available, we can deliver items up to a maximum of 3 flights of stairs.
- Prior appointment agreed with the transport agency at least 1 day before the delivery of the order. Delivery inside your home, in the room you indicate.
- Assembly and disassembly not included. Delivery from Monday to Friday.
