- Delivery is done by a single person without a previously agreed appointment.
- Delivery of the order at street level at the entrance door (does not enter or go up inside your house, building, residence, or urbanization).
- Does not include assembly or disassembly.
- Delivery from Monday to Friday.
- Delivery times will be visible from the payment page and confirmed once the order is confirmed. They may vary depending on the postal code and shipping address.

- The transport agency will contact you by phone 1 day before the delivery to inform on the day and time.
- This method does not include assembly or disassembly.
- If the product is available, the estimated delivery time is of 12 and 15 days working days.

Home Assembly
Indoor delivery and assembly by appointment (only available for Luxemburg)
- It is carried out through specialized furniture transport companies.
- You can choose this method whenever your furniture requires assembly, and you want us to do it for you. For your safety, two people will deliver it inside your home.
- Appointment scheduled with the transport agency at least 1 day before the delivery of the order.
- Delivery inside your home, in the room you specify.
- Includes unpacking of all products included in your order, as well as the collection of their packaging (boxes, cardboard, plastics, etc.).
- Includes assembly of products that require it, but does not include the installation of mirrors, pictures, or headboards on the wall, nor the electrical installation of lamps or sconces. For safety reasons, no holes will be made in the wall or ceiling.
- Delivery from Monday to Friday.
- If the product is available, the estimated delivery time is of 12 and 15 days working days.
- Its cost varies depending on the quantity of products in the order that require assembly.
Important! At the time of delivery, check the condition of the products, if possible, and ensure that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the transport delivery note. We kindly ask you to keep the original packaging in case of return.
If you detect any inconsistency, write "accept with reservation" on the delivery note and also specify the reason. If there is any issue after checking the products, please fill out the incident form so we can assist you.
