Delivery methods, times, and prices - INTERNATIONAL (excl. IRELAND & UK)

We offer various shipping methods, which you can review before finalizing your order. You can do this after selecting your products and adding the delivery address. Additionally, you will be able to see the costs and the estimated delivery time. These costs are calculated based on the volume, weight, and quantity of the products, as well as the delivery address.

The delivery time is calculated based on product availability, postal code, weight, dimensions, and volume of the products; whether it is a partial or total delivery, and the shipping company's load capacity. It is important to note that the delivery time is an estimate.

We offer the following shipping methods:

Home Express

Delivery to the main door without prior appointment.

• It is carried out through courier or small package companies.

• Eligible for packages weighing up to 40 kg and with the sum of height, width, and length of the package being less than 300 cm.

• Available for packages whose items are not fragile, are not wrapped in plastic (cardboard only), and do not contain glass.

• Delivery is made by a single person without a scheduled appointment.

• Delivery of the order at street level at the entrance door (the driver will not enter or bring the order inside your home, building, residence, or gated community).

• Does not include assembly or disassembly.

• Delivery from Monday to Friday.

• Subject to product availability, the estimated delivery time is from 5 to 10 business days.

Home Express Rates

Home Standard

Delivery to the main door by appointment.

• Delivery is performed by a single person with an appointment scheduled with the transport company at least 1 day prior to delivery.

• Delivery at street level at the entrance door (the driver will not enter or bring the order inside your home, building, residence, or gated community).

• Does not include assembly or disassembly.

• Delivery from Monday to Friday.

• Subject to product availability, the estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days.
   

Home Standard Rates

Home Plus

Delivery to your room of choice by appointment.

• Carried out through companies specializing in furniture transport.

• We will use this service if any of your packages exceed 40 kg.

• We will use this service if your order contains any items that are highly susceptible to breakage during transit.

• Delivery will be carried out by two people for your safety, with an appointment scheduled with the transport agency at least 1 day prior to delivery.

• Delivery inside your home, in the room you specify.

• Does not include assembly or disassembly.

• Delivery from Monday to Friday.

• Subject to product availability, the estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days.

   

Home Plus Rates

Home Assembly

Delivery and assembly inside your room of choice by appointment.

This service is only available for Luxembourg.

• Delivery and assembly inside your room of choice by appointment.

• Carried out through companies specializing in furniture transport.

• You may choose this method as long as your furniture requires assembly and you would like us to assemble it for you.

• Delivery will be carried out by two people for your safety, with an appointment scheduled with the transport agency at least 1 day prior to delivery.

• Delivery inside your home, in the room you specify.

• Includes unpacking of all products included in your order, as well as the removal of all packaging materials (boxes, cardboard, plastics, etc.).

• The service covers only the assembly of your Kave Home products. It does not include the disassembly of other furniture, the installation of mirrors, paintings, or headboards on walls, nor the electrical connection of lamps or wall lights. For safety reasons, no drilling into walls or ceilings will be performed.

• Delivery from Monday to Friday.

• Subject to product availability, the estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days.

• Its cost varies depending on the number of products in the order that require assembly. The amount will be shown before completing the order.

Important! At the time of delivery, check the condition of the products, if possible, and ensure that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the transport delivery note. We kindly ask you to keep the original packaging in case of return.

If you detect any inconsistency, write "accept with reservation" on the delivery note and also specify the reason. If there is any issue after checking the products, please fill out the incident form so we can assist you.
