If your motorized sofa does not respond, follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Check if it is connected to the power supply.
2. Check that no cables have come loose on the underside of the sofa.
3. Check that the remote control is on the correct number.
4. Check that the remote control has batteries in it.
5. Try opening it from the app.
6. Check that safe mode is not activated from the app.
7. Check that the transformer has the green LED on while activating the motor.
8. Check if the red LED on the control unit lights up.
9. Check the motor light code:
Green: properly connected to the power supply.
Blue: when opening the module.
Orange: when closing the module.
