The invoice is usually generated a few days after the order has been prepared and shipped. As soon as it's available, you can download it from your personal area.
To get it, follow these steps:
Log in to your customer account.
Go to “My orders”.
Find the order you need and select “View order”.
Once inside, click on “Download invoice”.
If you made your purchase without creating an account, you can also access your invoice by clicking here. You only need the order number and the email address you used to place the order.
