If you don't remember your password, you can reset it in a few steps:
On the login screen, click on Forgotten your password?
Enter the email address associated with your account.
You will receive an email with a link to reset it.
Click on the link and create a new password.
I am not receiving the email
If you don't receive the recovery message:
Check your spam folder.
Verify that the email entered is correct.
Wait a few minutes and try again.
The link has expired
For security reasons, recovery links have limited validity. If the link has expired, request a new one from the recovery screen.
I no longer have access to my email
If you can no longer access the email associated with your account, please contact our support team to verify your identity and help you regain access.
