I’ve received my order. Can I change the colour or size of my product, or get a completely different item?

Once you have received your order, you must process the return within 14 days through the website, within your account and place a new order with the item or items you want.

We’re extending the returns period for now –

  • Orders received between the 20/11/2022 and 26/12/2022 can be returned until the 13/01/2023.
  • For those orders received after 27/12/2022 you have 14 days in which to return them.
