Delivery at main entrance

• Your order will be delivered at street level. It won’t be carried up or delivered inside your house or building.
• The expected waiting time for delivery is between 6 and 15 days depending on the country and will be confirmed later in your order confirmation.

Home Plus

Indoor delivery by appointment

For the moment, this method is only available for Luxembourg:

• Your order will be delivered to any room in your house on the date indicated on the product sheet. 
• The transport agency will contact you by phone 1 day before the delivery to inform on the day and time.
• This method does not include assembly or disassembly.
• The expected waiting time for delivery is between 12 and 15 days.
